Colorado Plastic Bag Ban Effective 2024, 10-Cent Fee Starts January 1, 2023

Colorado businesses are required to charge consumers a 10-cent fee for each plastic and paper bag they carry out of the store starting January 1, 2023. The total, which will have strict exemptions, will be in full swill by 2024.
